Nadja is a native of Germany and nomad by choice. She has lived on three continents and two islands, where she survived a number of typhoons and at least one earthquake. Her nomadic lifestyle recently came to an end, when her Veteran husband (“Hooah”) retired from the military. The entire family, three kids, cats and a dog included, pulled up their Hawaiian beach blankets and trekked 4600 miles to settle in lush Georgia.
A professionally-trained concierge, she also worked as a public relations assistant and a magazine reporter. She has a master’s degree in Communication and Information Studies from Rutgers University and currently works—underpaid, but not underappreciated—at a Middle School.
Nadja is a recovering insomniac and a voracious reader.
